In Jewish tradition, the Tree of Life connects Heaven and Earth with its branches reaching upward and its roots firmly planted in the earth. Our Torah is referred to as Eitz Chayim, our tree of life connecting God and man. The symbol of the Tree of Life represents Beth Chaverim's connection to God and connection to our Torah.
Our Tree of Life was lovingly designed, made and donated by BCRC congregant artist Cheryl Suitor. She has given us a gift we will enjoy for many years. With your support, the purchase of leaves and foundation stones will help us firmly root our community in our Synagogue. Leaves and stones can be purchased as a gift for our home, a gift to our congregation, or to commemorate a simcha of your own. Have your name or family name engraved on a leaf or stone. Please use the options below.
